Brett and his team did a fantastic job on my alignment. Having aftermarket parts it can be a pain to work on but they got it spot on and in great time. Had them look at my wife's vehicle as well and they let me know what it needed and the severity of each issue. Its nice to not be pushed to get work done when it not actually needed. Will be going back from now on

Brake and ABS warning light came on and so being that had changed my brakes previously and were great then, I want to bring back to them. I made the ally via phone and Aiden was awesome. Upfront with potential things and the cost for diagnostics. Brett who I assume is the manager was great with explaining the issues, the options, his thoughts and very polite. Definitely continue to use them just for how polite and patient he is!!😊

I am very pleased with Firestone!! I recently moved from SC to the Pensacola area and I need my car serviced and checked out. I thought my breaks needed to be changed, I needed oil change and new wiper blades. They came back saying my breaks were fine for now and they will check them again at next service date. They did my oil change and got new wipers. They are so Honest, most places (when a woman walks in) would have said Yes you need breaks and a lot more stuff done to my car. I really appreciated their honesty!! Brett is outstanding, he kept me updated every minute I was there and for all the work that needed to be done it wasn't long at all. I defiantly will tell everyone about the great service I had!!! It is So Nice to have such Nice and Honest people, nowadays that is not the case. I really appreciated it!

These folks were absolutely great today. After leaving a tire shop with a new tire and not noticing they incorrectly installed my tire on the front rather than the rear. I was having a hard pull to the right and assumed it was out of alignment again. They got me on the rack and my Jeep diagnosed in just a few minutes. Almost feeling ashamed at my own lack of observation at the reason for the pull. I left with full confidence that at least my suspension isn't in poor condition and fully appreciative to be a lifetime customer.
